We are a San Diego-based staging business that has in-house design and renovation services.
Our design team coordinate a combination of contemporary style with neutral, transitional furniture, and carefully chosen decor to highlight the best features of your home.
Our interior designers are also readily available to create a customize style for your unique home.

Our fee includes delivery, set up, design, and removal of all staging items.
We bring in our own moving team as well as a design team to set up and remove the stage after your home is sold.
We always offer a two-month contract to give you enough time to receive multiple offers, negotiate terms, get the appraisal, and have all contingencies removed. Our staging fee is tax-deductible and staged homes typically sell for 10% more and 70% faster than non-staged homes. You will usually get the full staging investment back and much more.
STEP 1- Get A Quote

To get started, our team will need the property address and contact information. We will send you a Staging Proposal and Quote that outlines the rooms that should be staged based on your budget and the needs of your listing.

STEP 2- Preview The Property
​
After you approve the Staging Proposal, we will schedule a time to visit your property. We like to thoroughly walk through each room to determine the aesthetic and feel. We will gather measurements and photos to help our designers select the perfect furniture and decor for each room. Our team can also make any additional suggestions for simple updates that may have a big impact on the sale price of your listing, such as painting, flooring, window treatments, or lighting. We have our very own general contractor team that can handle everything in-house.

Step 3 - Design and Planning of Your Custom Stage

Our design team will meet at our warehouse and compose a plan for each individual room stage. Our expert designers have a natural instinct on what buyers are looking for and can customize each stage to fit the needs of the property. At Lavender Home Staging, our diverse collection of furniture and decor allows us to select from a wide array of design styles.

Step 4 - Staging Delivery and Set-Up
​
Our next step is to bring these designs to life in your home. We will arrive on the day of staging with our moving truck and staging crew to ensure an efficient setup. We will make sure that your house will not only look gorgeous, but will also smell scrumptious. We have special deals on cleaning services as well. You won’t have to lift a finger!

Step 5 - Staging Removal
​
We call this the sweet stage. After the property has been sold, we remove our staging inventory and leave the property in move-in condition. We take the most pride in this process as it is the result of the fruitful labor. Your success is our success!
